The residential building – Uście Gorlickie

This building site is a residential building in Uście Gorlickie with the area of 60,16m2. The cubature of the building is 317,04m3. It is a single storey building, without a basement and with an attic. It is a wooden structure on reinforced concrete foundations. The multi-hipped roof is a wooden structure covered with trapezoidal sheets.

Nowak – Gorlice

A commercial building in Gorlice, with area of 1370,8m2. The building is 14.95m high. It is a framing structure with aerated concrete fillings. Monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings are based on reinforced concrete beams. The whole construction is supported by basement walls and studs. The multi-hipped roof is a wooden structure covered with tile-like sheets and based on concrete beams.

The bakery - Libusza

It is an expansion of a bakery in Libusza, with a separate garage, parking areas and access roads. The whole area covers 3730,29m2, including 592,73m2 of the expansion area, 217,62m2 of the garage and 2919,88m2 of the access roads and parking areas. This is a single storey building with a non-usable attic. The bakery building is build in traditional technology with concrete continuous footing, masonry walls made of cellular concret, densely ribbed ceilings as well as monolithic reinforced concrete floors. The multi-hipped collar beam roof is a wooden structure covered with trapezoidal sheets.

Baranów Sandomierski

This is a single storey observation tower without a basement. The plan of the building is 8,0 m x 7,4 m at the ground level and the building is 12,0 m high in total. The technology of this building is very traditional, the walls are made of ceramic hollow blocks and the ceiling is made of reinforced-concrete. The observation terrace is covered by a wooden hipped roof, which is covered with steel sheets with mineral topping imitating shingle.

NEW BUILDING SITE

Building site „Cieniawa II”

We have finished our works at building site „CIENIAWA” but it’s not the end of our works in this are because we are starting to build a new building in the close neighbourhood. It’s going to be a dwelling house for one family with outside measurement – 12,50 x 18,60 m. The project refers to nearby buildings and to preferred forms for  piedmont site. The estimated living area is 146,2 m2 . The technology of this building is very traditional, brick-build walls, wooden construction roof and concrete ceilings. Here are some first pictures:

In the New Year 2013, we would like to show you our updated website. Besides new graphic design, we present you the new panel called „Current events”. You will find there information about our current activities. In this panel we will describe current investments undertaken by our enterprise, together with pictures showing the progress of our works. We will also inform you about our new activities and actions as well as current staffing needs in our firm.
